Providing assistance to those displaced by the floods in the Divulapitiya area, Gampaha.

100 kitchen sets were donated on 7th December 2025 at the Gampaha Dharmavijaya Community Center, Balagalla Saraswathi Pirivena, Divulapitiya to the people affected by flood due to the cyclone “Ditwa”. This project was conducted under the leadership of Lecturer Sastrapathi Venerable Hindagala Gnanadhara Thero, the Chairman of the Saraswathi Dharmavijaya Society. The value of each set being Rs. 1,620.00, a total sum of Rs. 162,000.00 was spent on these 100 sets, while Rs. 100,000.00 was donated by the Dharmavijaya Foundation, the balance Rs. 62,000.00 been donated by the Honorable Vice President, Dr. Nalin Gunasinghe. The organization of this project was carried out by Mr. Sisira Sakalasuriya, Chairman of the Maradagahamula Henpitagedara Suryata Business Group, while the coordination with the Dharmavijaya Foundation was carried out by Dr. Nalin Gunasinghe, Ophthalmologist, Vice President and Mrs. Nandanie Wimalana, Attorney at Law and Trustee of the Dharmavijaya Foundation.
