‘Charika Dharma Deshana’ Program

Following a proposal by the Honorable President of the Dharmavijaya Foundation, Mr. Isuru Thilakawardena, the first Charika Dharma Deshana Program was held on 30th August, 2025 at 6.30 pm at the Dharmavijaya Foundation auditorium, resuming the Charika Dharma Deshana program as it had been active in the past. The inaugural sermon was conducted by Venerable Kimbiela Kassapa Thero, the current Chief Incumbent of the Maharagama Siri Vajiranana Dharmayathan and the Viharadhikari of the Mississauga West End Buddhist Monastery in Canada. This program is being implemented with the aim of developing camaraderie among the members of the Board of Trustees and getting to know each other’s families, including the staff. The event was attended by the members of the Board of Trustees, associate members and staff of the Dharmavijaya Foundation. Some photos from the event are shown below.
